Not able to open norton 360 or add/remove in control panel

hello; this is my second time in the bump area. There has been no response to my last post, where i posted the log that was requested. I will be out of town for the next week
so I don't want to be dropped. However the situation is still the same; initial investation
of antivirus 2009, downloaded malwarebytes, then smit fraud. Not able to open
my Norton 360 antivirus software, if I try reinstall Norton360 the only option is remove.
ALSO I cant get into my control panel to the add/remove program function. I will not be on my computer again untill next Thurs. January 29th. I hope you can please help me
at that time?!?!!
