Hello I posted a request for help last Tues. Jan. 13th and it is Sat. Jan. 17th.
I am hoping that someone can help me soon. Thank you. I am not sure how to link
to my orginal post? My problems started with anti virus 2009 and now I am not able
to open norton 360 or open my add/remove programs in control panel.
