problems with WINDOWS\System 32

Every time i start up my computer i get a notification saying something about windows\system32 is not an image and to check with the diskette. and it comes up before opening any program. sometimes i can't open mozilla, an my AIM wasn't working, and i get a bunch of popups. when i run my mcafee virus scan, it scans everything but can't get past the WINDOWS\System32\ZZZDLL file. every problem seems to be related back to this system\32

RENAME HIJACKTHIS

It looks like some infection is hiding in your log, so let's rename HijackThis to reveal it.

Using Windows Explore by right-clicking the Start button and left clicking Explore navigate to:
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe

Right-click on HijackThis.exe & select Rename to scanner.exe and post back a new Hijackthis log.
