Many times in my PC suddenly pops up the message:

Scotty the Windows Whachdog is on patrol and has detected a new Internet Explorer Add on has been installed in your system
Do you aprove the addition of this IE Helper ?

SYMANTEC INTRUSION DETECTION
C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Norton Internet Security\Engine\16.1.0.33\IPSBHO.dll

WHAT DO YOU THINK I HAVE TO DO ?
Do I have to say YES or NOT ? (since now I said NO)
How can I remove this message ?
