Please tell me next what kind of symptoms you have.

PC running extremely slow, slow to load programs, slow when you click on anything, slow, slow, slow. I've used Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spysweeper, McAfee anti-virus, disk fragged, current Microsoft updates, cleared cache, etc. I greatly appreciate any of your help.
