Computer slow-maintenance done regularly

I just recently purchased IOBIT's Advanced System Care v3.1.0. When I ran it, there were some items that were found that, on analysis, were suspicious. Here is the log file of that scan. I do all maintenance regularly.
Please let me know if there is anything that is, or could be, a problem,
