Windows Update error 80070057

Hi, I need help on this, I've trying to fix this problem for a while and no success. When trying to run windows update I get error 80070057.
I have a HP(Compaq nx5000) notebook with Windows Vista Ultimate, I tried to install SP1 manually and no luck either.
I found every time I boot it up a process called command service.exe running I kill it every time but no luck to get rid of it.
My notebook is extremely slow.

There does not appear to be any malware present on your system,there are however a couple of things we need to sort out for you,please follow my instructions and everything should be fine.
Spyware doctor sometimes has an antivirus,is that the version you have?,if it is skip the first part of the instructions.

You aren't running Anti Virus Software

Windows Vista Update error 80070057 usually occurs due to incorrect HTTP proxy settings.

Resolution Method

To resolve this issue, you need to clear the existing proxy settings by performing the following steps:

1.. Open Start menu, select Run, type cmd, and then press Enter.
2.. To view the current proxy settings, at Command Prompt, type Proxycfg.exe and then press Enter to run the command.
3.. To clear the existing proxy settings, type Proxycfg -d and then press Enter.
4.. Finally, ensure that the Background Intelligent Transfer Service is running on the computer by performing the following steps:
4a.. Open Start menu, select Run, type Services.msc, and then press Enter.
4b.. Scroll down the Services window and double-click on Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
4c.. If the service is not running, on the General tab, click the Start button.
5.. Run Windows Vista update on the PC again.

Run Kaspersky Online AV Scanner
Note: Internet Explorer should be used.

Please go to Kaspersky website and perform an online antivirus scan.

• Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
• It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
• When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
• Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
  • Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
  • Archives
  • Mail databases
• Click on My Computer under Scan and then put the kettle on!
• Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
• You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
• Save this report to a convenient place like your Desktop. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
• Copy and paste the report into your next reply along with a fresh HJT log and a description of how your PC is behaving.
