Google Search results being redirected when clicking on them

Hi> I am new to this site and need some help with my computer. My Google search results are redirecting me to other ad related sites when I click on them. I have read lots of threads and they all involve posting logs to a forum like this. Can somebody help me please?

Steps I have taken:
Ran Spybot
Ran McCaffee virus scan - no virus found. I dont have McCfee installed, it came with my Toshiba purchase so the scan was free

I downloaded Hijackthis and ran it to get a log of files. I think I need to post them here. Waiting for a helper then I can post.
