I'm also new to this forum

My computer is infected with the win32.netsky.q trojan.
No luck with spybott, Mcafee or a special removal tool I downloaded.
I have downloaded Hijack this.
I can go on the internet in safe mode but not with regular boot up. It automatically shuts down.

Please help!
