My daughters laptop started having pop-up windows. As she was using it the computer it shut down with a DCOM service error message. After research I found it was infected with DEEWOO virus. I tried to remove it with Malwarebytes software but not sure if it worked. The weird thing is that after the forced shutdown above, the laptop will not connect to the internet using the wireless router.
