My symantec antivirus popped a realtime scan message that it had detected a Trojan.Vundo infection and quarantined and requested a reboot for complete deletion. I followed that and i says that it was deleted when i check the risk history in symantec. However after the infection my browser(I use firefox has become extremely slow) and it opens a new window with a random site and a different one everytime. I have disabled my internet connection but it still pops up new windows even after i shut down my browser. Any help to remove this will be greatly appreaciated. I have ran the Hijackthis log and do see a Appint dll: O20 entry which i think is causing this. I will wait to post the log as per the rules after a staff member has instructed me to do so.
