I have this same problem but my computer will not let me start either one of those programs that you list to run. Is there another way to get them programs to run?

We understand that you believe you have exactly the same problem as another person; however, even if your issues are the same, it is not appropriate to post within another individual's topic.

In addition, you have started multiple topics. Do not post in another person's topic, and do not open additional threads for this issue.
