We're sorry, but your topic has been closed.

We're sorry but your topic has been closed as it's very likely you would not have received a response. This is because you have replied to your own topic prior to receiving a response from a helper. Our helpers are looking for topics with zero responses. When you post replies to your own topic, it no longer has zero responses, and so it appears that you have received help when in fact, you have not.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Malware Removal forum and wait for assistance. DO NOT reply to your own topic until you have received a response from a helper. If you post a reply in your own topic before you've received a response from a helper, your topic will no longer have zero replies and will likely be mistaken for one where a helper is already assisting and will, therefore, be passed over.

Thank you for your cooperation.
