My Norton is giving me an alert every second -

object name: c:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe
virus name: Infostealer.Gampass in file
action: autmatically deleted

I have attached my hijackthis log - I have seen similar issues with the gampass or with things that attach to the svchost, but nothing matches my registry file.

This happened becuase of an injection attack on a website that ran script to take you to their webpage that immediately ran the malware.

I have the script with the link to the site in case any brave soul wants to go there and see what they are up to, but obviusly they would need some tools to intercept and rip apart the malware before it executes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Unless you are an expert - it will install this same virus!!!
