Hi OD

I've carried out your instructions which I'm sure will make my pc a lot safer when using the internet.

No more problems to report at present although I'll keep an eye on things for the next few days in case I need to contact you again. Is that ok?

Hopefully if this is the end of the problem then I would like to thank you for your care and attention in helping me resolve this issue.

Finally, best of luck with your training and keep up the good work! :)
Many thanks.

Call.

No problem. This thread will be kept open for a few more days. However, after five days, the rules state it must be closed (due to a lack of response), so please reply within five days.

Also many thanks for your kind words, I really appreciate it. :)
