Hello Techindiaengineers,

If you removed already this program, please remove the folder too:

C:\Program Files\Kingdia Software
----------------------------------------------
Version 6 Update 10 build 1.6.0_10-rc-b28

Now about Java. Even if this is the latest update, it doesn't cover any security holes like Java Runtime Environment Version 6 Update 7 does.

If you decide to install Version 6 Update 7, remove the version you have now, using Add/Remove programs, and from Java Folder, and download Update 7 using the link I posted before.
----------------------------------------------
Now please remove JavaRa and the report it created.
----------------------------------------------
Congratulations you are clean! :)
Now that you are clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:

Disable and Enable System Restore-WINDOWS XP
This is a good time to clear your existing system restore points and establish a new clean restore point:

Turn off System Restore
  • On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
  • Click Properties.
  • Click the System Restore tab.
  • Check Turn off System Restore.
  • Click Apply, and then click OK.
  • Reboot.
Turn ON System Restore
  • On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
  • Click Properties.
  • Click the System Restore tab.
  • UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
  • Click Apply, and then click OK.
This will remove all restore points except the new one you just created.

Here are some free programs I recommend that could help you improve your computer's security.

Spybot Search and Destroy 1.6
Download it from here. Just choose a mirror and off you go.
Find here the tutorial on how to use Spybot properly here

Install SpyWare Blaster 4.0
Download it from here
Find here the tutorial on how to use Spyware Blaster here

Install WinPatrol
Download it from here
Here you can find information about how WinPatrol works here

Install FireTrust SiteHound
You can find information and download it from here

Install MVPS Hosts File from here
The MVPS Hosts file replaces your current HOSTS file with one containing well know ad sites etc. Basically, this prevents your computer from connecting to those sites by redirecting them to 127.0.0.1 which is your local computer.
Find Tutorial here : http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

Update your Antivirus programs and other security products regularly to avoid new threats that could infect your system.
You can use one of these sites to check if any updates are needed for your pc.
Secunia Software Inspector
F-secure Health Check

Visit Microsoft often to get the latest updates for your computer.
http://www.update.microsoft.com
Note 1: If you are running Windows XP SP2, you should upgrade to SP3.
Note 2: Users of Norton Internet Security 2008 and newer versions should uninstall the software before they install Service Pack 3.
The security suite can then be reinstalled afterwards.

Please check out Tony Klein's article "How did I get infected in the first place?"

Hello Techindiaengineers,

My computer says it has Java v 7 and java 10 both installed

Uninstall java 10 using add/remove programs and you'll be fine.

Then remove from C:\Program Files\Java java 10.

You can install the programs i posted. Except of Spybot which you already have. Please do follow the steps i posted yet!

Third question was i really infected or not ??

The infections you mentioned in the Restore Points should be removed, and that was done when you created a new Restore Point.

And one more is avast had caught a virus before I posted here what is that Here is the image

Is that in Avast quarantee folder?
The file looks that was installed on you pc after you posted here.
But because it's in Avast's quarantee folder, it doesn't show in your reports.
Please empty Avast quarantee folder, and run it again.
Let me know if it still finds any infections.

And one last thing I cant understand what are this Apache And BOnjour Stuff on my Pc can u help me to remove them?

Nop its not a business pc the name is of my dad's business . This is my home pc.

Who installed them then since this is your pc and you don't know what these programs are?
If this is not your pc and it belongs to your parents, maybe they installed them and they need those programs.
Better ask them.

Hello Techindiaengineers,

Bonjour and Apache do not show in your programs.

Let's remove Bonjour.

Apache may be needed for some programs to work.
If you remove it you might have problems. If you insist on removing it....
Where do you see it? Can you try to uninstall it this way?

Using Start > Programs > find Apache if there and if there is an uninstall function use it.
----------------------------------------------
USING TASK MANAGER

Stop the following processes using Task Manager (press ctrl+alt+del, select the Processes tab, highlight the first process in the list and click End Process). Continue through the list (one at a time) until all processes have been ended. If something isn't found, please continue with the next process in the list.

mDNSResponder.exe

----------------------------------------------
Although Bonjour doesn't show in your Add/Remove programs, please have a look if it's there and uninstall it.

Then even if you didn't find it do this:

Using Windows Explore by right-clicking the Start button and left clicking Explore navigate to and find the following Folder:

C:\Program Files\Bonjour

Right-click and remove it.
----------------------------------------------
Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the following text in the quote to Notepad. Save it as "All Files" and name it FixServices.bat
Please save it on your desktop.

@echo off
sc stop "Bonjour Service"
sc delete "Bonjour Service"
exit

Double click FixServices.bat. A window will open and close. This is normal.
----------------------------------------------
FIX HIJACKTHIS ENTRIES

Open up Hijackthis.
Click on do a system scan only.
Place a checkmark next to these lines(if still present).

O23 - Service: ##Id_String1.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762## (Bonjour Service) - Apple Computer, Inc. - C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe

Then close all windows except Hijackthis and click Fix Checked
Close HijackThis.
----------------------------------------------
Now remove this folder:

C:\Program Files\Bonjour
----------------------------------------------
Reboot your pc, and post a new HijackThis log.

Hello Techindiaengineers,

Good, Bonjour is gone! :)
----------------------------------------------
Disable Spybot's TeaTimer. This is a two step process.

Spybot S&D's tea timer normally provides real-time protection from spyware, however it may interfere with what we need to do. We will disable it until the machine is clean when it can be re-enabled.

First step:
  • Right-click the Spybot Icon in the System Tray (looks like a blue/white calendar with a padlock symbol)
  • If you have the new version 1.5, Click once on Resident Protection, then Right click the Spybot icon again and make sure Resident Protection is now Unchecked. The Spybot icon in the System tray should now be now colorless.
  • If you have Version 1.4, Click on Exit Spybot S&D Resident
Second step, For Either Version :
  • Open Spybot S&D
  • Click Mode, choose Advanced Mode
  • Go To the bottom of the Vertical Panel on the Left, Click Tools
  • then, also in left panel, click Resident shows a red/white shield.
  • If your firewall raises a question, say OK
  • In the Resident protection status frame, Uncheck the box labeled Resident "Tea-Timer"(Protection of over-all system settings) active
  • OK any prompts.
  • Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot
  • Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.
Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.
----------------------------------------------
FIX HIJACKTHIS ENTRIES

Open up Hijackthis.
Click on do a system scan only.
Place a checkmark next to these lines(if still present).

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Then close all windows except Hijackthis and click Fix Checked
Close HijackThis.
----------------------------------------------
Post back:
A new HijackThis log.
Tell me if the pc behaves ok.

If you want it blank, let it be, but it's not safe.

The 2nd line is orphan, so it doesn't help to anything.

why its not safE????? to keep blank i used to think its safer :O and increases boot speed of IE
I dont believe its orphan entry cause in the beginning we had removed it and its now back so something is effecting it

Techindiaengineers,

If you believe you can do this better than me, then i will not continue with this thread anymore.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
This is an orphan entry. Useless.
It was for windows live messenger (in your browser) which seems that is uninstalled now.

Windows live messenger can still excist on your pc though.

Tell me if you will follow my instuctions or not.

It's your decision.

Hello Techindiaengineers,

I see you decided not to fix this line:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank

The rest are fine. I believe the pc works ok now.

Use my previous instructions to create a new Restore Point and we are done.

Let me know and i will close the thread.

Happy surfing! :)
