PC has turned into a pile of rubbish

My P.C. has started acting pretty strange. I downloaded and ran MWAV on a friends recommendation which said I was infected with:
Ace Club Casino
Spy Sheriff
Ares
Ezula
CWS. Therealsearch
Redv
Zipitpro
Spyware No/Spysheriff
WhenU.Savenow
I downloaded a tool from lavasoft to fix WhenU but even when I ran it in safe mode it still said I was not infected. I then downloaded and installed Ewido according to your instructions which came up with 2 infections of GhostSurf, which I set Ewido to fix.
I've tried to download Spybot 1.4 but even if I try to install it from a disk which has come from a clean system it won't let me install it. Here is my HJT log, which hopefully someone will be able to help me with, before I pull all my hair out.
