Popup Ads after bootup

Windows XP ... automatic patches ... norton 360 2.0 ... still getting ads.

First, I was getting audio-only ads every 15-20 minutes "you have won a free computer". Ran HiJackThis,then MalWareBytes Anti-Malware 1.30, which removed25 items. Rebooted. Now I'm getting popup ad windows for "TrueCredit".

Note: I installed WebWatcher to track kids on internet (successfully, but that's another story). WebWatcher is running well.

Please help me get rid of this ..stuff..

The file has disappeared, and the pop-up ads have stopped (for now). Malware reports no more viruses. So, I think I am set. I didn't do anything else except run HiJackThis again.
