Unknown Artist.exe

it's keeps on poppin in all of my harddrives. I can't delete them coz I have important files there. it also has the folders such as "do not delete" that cannot be deleted. help!

I also tried to delete some of the known infected file such as the f...pif the thing is this is what it says:

Unexpected error occurred!
Error #52 (Bad file name or number) in Sub GetLongPath(?.exe).
