any other spyware. i have done everything I now to do to download it. I have followed all the troubleshooting tips. I have gone in and put it on my Safe list and it still will not download. This is the message I get:This download has been blocked by your security zone policy - download.com.

The reason I was trying to do HiJackThis is because I also have the issue with IUSER_Admin. Every time I reboot my computer IUSER_Admin shows up as the user. I delete, and the next time I reboot my computer, its back.

We are very sorry you have waited so long for a response and that you are experiencing so many difficulties. As you can see, we are quite busy as are all the other help forums.

In order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log. A HijackThis log, as well as other logs that may be requested, provide us with a guideline for removing whatever malware is infecting your system. We cannot proceed without such logs for guidance.

Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log. If you are unable to create and post a HijackThis log, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.
