Hello spinner6

1. last week my windows defender found "tgctlsr.dll" (C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\tgctlsr.dll) and "MBkLogOnHook" (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\\MBkLogOnHook) which "have potentially unwanted behaviour", what should i do about them?

tgctlsr.dll is a part of SupportSoft software.
MBkLogOnHook is related to McAfee_Backup from Networks Associates Technology
they're not "bad"

2. is everything on my computer all ok now, and all possible threats have gone? are there any final things i should do (apart from download the suggested software from your last reply) that can make sure all threats have gone?

Everything is good now, your comp is clean.
