A big problem for me, help please?

I am a new member and was advised to join this forum for expert help.
I've been having problems for a while in that when I leave my laptop for a while and come back to it, instead of the screen saver it has switched off and when I switch on again I get a blue screen that says my disc needs checking and it goes through a performance of doing that. I have AVG and yesterday downloaded a Malware programme. AVG didn't find anything but the Malware programme found a lot of faults which I dealt with and for a while my computer was fine again
Now it is happening again. have done a reg clean too which found 77 fault so I don't know what the problem can be. Can anyone help please? I have followed instructiions for posting as requested.

Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Config button
• Click on the Misc Tools button
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
• Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Save the file to your desktop.

I was just looking at my e-mail and thought that I saw one from you when my computer crashed again. I had to switch off and it went through all the disc checks again and then looked at my e-mails and there is only one on there. If you did send a message recently would you re-send it please?

IMPORTANT I notice there are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

I'd like you to read the Guidelines for P2P Programs where we explain why it's not a good idea to have them.

Note: Even if you are using a "safe" P2P program, it is only the program that is safe. You will be sharing files from uncertified sources, and these are often infected. The bad guys use P2P filesharing as a major conduit to spread their wares.

You must go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs listed above (in red).

If you do not wish to remove your P2P programs, please tell me and this topic will be closed.
