The last thing that I couldn't delete, was that just unimportant? or should I still try to delete it?

The last thing that I couldn't delete, was that just unimportant? or should I still try to delete it?

ATF-Cleaner would have cleaned out the Temporary Internet Files folder. I was probably being over cautious. However if you want to put your mind at ease do this:

Click Start>Computer, right click on your C:\ drive
Click Properties then Disk Cleanup
Ensure Temporary Internet Files, Recycle Bin, Temporary Files are ticked. The rest are optional.
Click OK then Delete Files at the prompt.
