I've been having a few problems. First everything has been running slow and choppy on my laptop, I keep seeing error messages about "xkO6Hv7c.exe," internet explorer randomly pops up every now and then. I've run some scans and it detects the malware, but it just keeps coming back

Also something's is up with the audio, it'll play right when I first turn on my laptop but after a while it just cuts out. I've gone to the device manager to see what's the problem and it says "device is not working properly." I don't think it's a hardware issue because it started happening around the same time as all the other problems
