Vundo infection help needed please

Folks

Seem to have exceeded the 72 hours threshold; my original posting is here:

Grateful for any input - maybe if an in-depth analysis is difficult at present, is it possible to give a quick view of whether my PC is safe to use for say banking transactions (currently refraining from these, but need to soon) ?
