win32/alureon!generic HELP

Hi I have a dell 8200 with CA's EZ antivirus program along with Stopzilla. I recently got a virus hit indicating that it deleted 3 of the 5 infected files but 2 of them were still infected. It says its located in Windows/temp/SMIA8E.Tmp I can't seem to locate them and or how to permanently remove it? I've installed the Hijack this and pasted below my log. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
