I was having some malware problems that mostly seem to be fixed (ran ATF Cleaner, then Windows Defender, Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware programs). I can now access these websites, run these programs, etc..so we have progress.
I think my next steps are ComboFix and SmitFraud. But, I'm still getting IE Defender messages from Norton AV. I tried running the FixIEDef program, but it crashes about 60% of the way through with the following error: "AutoIt Error Line -1 Error: Variable must be of type "Object"."
I ran a HiJack this (log below), but I don't see anything in there that looks like IEDefender. How can I be sure that nasty thing is gone for good?
