unable to find download for control console

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by this.

You ask me to run Combofix. I am not able to use my lap top to download anything it is that messed up. I am able to access the net on my desk top computer and I was able to do a down load to it and transfer the file to the lap top via memory stick. Combofix asks for access to Control Console. I am unable to find that file on the MS site to down load it so I can move it to the lap top the same way. Does this help with what I am dealing with. Thank you for your help on this matter.

Are you referring to the Recovery Console?

I need to see the exact text of the error message that combofix gives.
