Very slow....think downloader got past my Norton 360....help

I have Norton 360 version 2.0 and I am not sure what is going on. I have run every scan possible and everytime I scan with Adaware and Malware Sweeper, I pick up 50 - 75 new things. My computer is very slow right now, please help. Here is my HijackThis Log File

Then close all open windows apart from HijackThis, press Fix checked, OK the prompt and close HijackThis.

Clean with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

• Please download the Installer to your Desktop from here:
  http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to both of these options:
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform Quick Scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When finished, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to your Desktop, and post the contents in your reply.
• The log can also be found here if you need it:
  • Start->All Programs->Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware->Logs
