Please Help - Spyware - Cannot Remove

I can only get on my computer in safe mode. When I load up the computer normall, I can see my desktop for a fraction of a second, the monitor goes grey, says some BS, acts like it is running a virus scan and then says for $$$ you can but a program that will take it off (AlphawipeTracksCleaner).....

Step 1

P2P Warning!
From your logs I can see that one or multiple P2P programs are installed on your computer. While most P2P programs are not malicious themselves, there's no guarantee that the files downloaded are. Please refrain from using it/them while cleaning your computer to prevent getting more infections.

A list of clean and infected P2P programs can be found at Malware Removal and Spyware Info.

The risks of using a P2P program are stated in this Sourceforge website and Information Week article.

Please also read Malware Removal's Guide on P2P Programs.

Step 2

If you already have Smitfraudfix, please delete this copy and download it again as it's being updated regularly.

Please download SmitFraudFix.exe by S!Ri and save it to the desktop.

If you can't download it, please download it from these alternative sites:

From Geekstogo
From Security Cadets
From Zebulon

1. Double click on SmitfraudFix.exe.
2. Press 1 then hit the Enter key.
3. It will create a report named rapport.txt, usually at C drive.
4. Please post back this log in your next reply.

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user. Read more here

Step 3

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.

1. Close all applications and windows.
2. Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt to your post. in your reply

Step 4

Please post Smitfraudfix log and Deckard's System Scanner logs(main.txt and extra.txt).
