hi
I am unable to restore my computer to an early state, i have run kapersky online,ewido,norton,superantispyware assasin. none of which have shown any problems apart from one oe two cookies. any idseas please.

It would also help if you posted a hijackthis log - see the downloads page to get a copy of the program.
