Strange noises///HJT log

need some advice and what can/needs to go on this HJT log.

have been hearing strange, random background noises from time to time. I have tried many different programs to rid the noises such as. Spybot, Adaware, Avg, Avast, TrendMicro Housecall

these noises consist of either music and random talking. It occurs when nothing is open and when they are. It is about time I got some expert opions on what I can do.

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.
