It seems that there may be a number of security updates missing from your system have yu had any problems in the past receiving them?
Have you got them set to download automatically?
As you seem to be having a problem I'd like you to run this tool.

Accordingly, please do the following:
  • Download a diagnostic tool (MGADiag.exe) from >here< and save this to your Desktop.
  • Double-click on MGADiag.exe.
  • When the program has finished, click on the Validation tab and then click on Copy to Clipboard
  • Please post the results in your next reply.

Ok, there fine, can I see a HJT log as it's been few days since I saw one and things change on a daily basis.
