I wonder if someone has any information on the 04 line below (highlighted). it has come out of nowhere, the only thing i have done today is update spyblaster to the latest version?

Ps.. i am having problems with my internet connection dropping so i would be unable to complete any online scan's.

MANY THANKS Minnow.

minnow,
Inno is a legitimate installer.
It is going to run that file at next reboot to change/update a Registry entry..
Likely related to an update of a program you already have.
