Trying to remove malware

Please Help me. for some reason I can't seem to restart my laptop. when i turn it on it gives me a message saying that I do not have permission to access ntndis. what hould I do?

Can you start the machine in safemode ?


To reboot in safe mode
You can boot in Safe Mode by restarting your computer, then continually tapping F5/F8 until a menu appears.
Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.

Do you have an install disc ?
