newbie here....

my problem

1) I have Norton Internet Security 2005. When I run Anti Virus Scan the it starts then the System RE-BOOTS??? :cry:

2.) I installed Registry Mechanic...scans and gets to deep scan..then system FREEZES or RE-BOOTS??? :cry:

Hi.

This may or may not be malware related.

To rule out the malware please provide a HJT log for us to check.

This link has details of how to run one.
Don't in this instance try running any of thgose online scanners etc.
