Suspicious Malware problems

Hello everyone,

Not long ago, I ran into an issue with my PC concerning some malware. A friend had downloaded some sort of codec that contained a strange virus of some sort that I've removed for the most part. Trojan.zlob or something, I believe? In any case, there's still a yellow bar at the top of the IE screen that reads "Warning: possible spyware or adware infection! Click here to scan your computer for spyware and adware..." I also removed a toolbar and some objects with Ad-Aware and Norton Internet Security. Still this object comes up. Below is the Hijackthis log. I could really use a hand with this, thanks.
