IEdefender Please HELP!!!!!!

Hi I think I may be infected with IE Defender; it keeps showing up popup stating my system is infected. It direct me to IEDefender to download anti-spyware program I was scare so I did and I pay them. I found out later it was a malware . Not knowing what the malware can do to my system I google search it and it tell me to download more fake anti-spyware, like SmitFraudfix.exe and spyhunter. I'm not sure what I downloaded but it has cost me a lot of money and two night of sleep. Please help me! I do a lot of shopping online I fear that someone may already stole my bank infor and password. Please make it simply I'm not very good with computer.
