Can't seem to get rid of this virus...

Hello. I have a really bad trojan I believe on my computer. I tried all of the suggested tips to get rid of it. Every time I've scanned my computer, malware has been removed, but then there is still pop ups and my connection is very slow. Here is my hijackthis log:

Download the latest version of ComboFix from Here to your Desktop.

• Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
