I have completed the instructions you sent last, have taken on board your comments about keeping all my security programs up to date, and regularly running the anti spyware / malware programs.
I would like to extend my thanks to you for talking me through and sorting out my problem..Malware Removal University are a life saver for the lay person..
I will be posting a complaint on your forum..Its a shame that the people who are involved in these activities have nothing better to do with there knowledge.
I will also be making a donation to your site.
