Hi radman,

Don't know how to tell if McAfee firewall is running. Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with MSN premium, so I'm not too sure. The McAfee you uninstalled earlier, did that have anything to do with MSN premium?

Hi radman,

If you're Internet is still slow, I suggest posting at this forum. You will have to register.

Regarding MSN premium, I have no idea how to check if the Anti-Virus and Firewall are active. Is MSN Premium through Verizon? If so, I suggest givng them a call to find out.
