help with trogans

My McAfee virus scan found two trojan entries that they couldn't delete. I then ran Trojan Hunter and it found two more that couldn't be deleted. Here's my Hijack This log:

When you copy the HJT log please make sure that Wordwrap is turned off in notepad.
At the top of the page click Format and uncheck WordWrap
