As I was on google looking up random videos, my computer downloaded some viruses off the web. Immediately, my desktop changes to a red warning sign saying that my computer has been infected.

Please help me once again. I can't even search the web anymore or use any of my programs. A pop up always comes up saying that I'm infected.
