Hi Curlylad,
I am very sorry that I have not contacted you lately.......I have to bow out of finishing the report because of other personal commitments at the moment.....maybe in a while we can resume the reports and finally get me sorted out....again I say sorry and hope you accept this appoligy but I also thank you very very much for the great help you have given me since you first contacted me......I know it's not easy for you to read and analyse these reports, it must be very time consuming and I do really thank you for what you have done for me...I have also passed on your advice that you have given to me to members of my family, so you words have not gone unheeded, again thank you for your help.....

I appreciate that family/home life comes first but am greatful that you took the time to inform me of this.
