over the last couple of weeks i am receiving a message saying the windows has shut down not to cause any damage it can happen when i start the computer or if i go into some websites or even when i go into control pannel thanks leo

Hi it is a HP machine but had it a couple of years now and never had a update from HP i will check with them and if i dont need i will remove it thanks leo
