Trying to help a friend who is having trouble connecting on a dial up. When he tries to access a web site he gets a message: IE search unable to connect to server.
I've gone to tools and view to list all hiden files, etc., have installed several spyware programs and executed them. It looks pretty clean. But still can't open web sites. He can connect to one site, but don't remember what it is. But no others.
Hoping you can help me out.
Thanks:)
