Massive amount of pop-ups

Hello,

I've ran Ad-Aware SE and it doesn't detect any spyware. When I run SpyBot S&D it find GAIN.GATOR but indicates "it cannot remove it, run program at start up" if I do that it still indicates it cannot remove it. I've posted a HGT log for review, I ran it in safe mode.
