Internet connection frequent loss

Okay, I have this internet connection problem. My connection alwas time outs, whenit bursts to the highest possible speed it will fluctuate and will be back to 0 bytes then after 2 second pause, it will burst up again. At first i thought it was my ISP Provider who has the fault, but last week after rebooting my computer eveything comed back to normal but now it is happening again. I don't want to reformat again after doing it just last week, what causes this problem???

Does not look like you have any malware installed - so it must be something else.

I would suggest you post at pcpitstop - available from the ASAP links at the top of the forum.
