out of control pc problem

My computer is screwed up home page changes setting changes
runs slow freeze ups etc. Here is a HJT report. whats my next move

You haven't posted the full Hijackthis log... I need to see the whole thing to be able to determine what is wrong.

Please update your antivirus and boot into safe mode and run a full system scan.

Then reboot back to normal windows...
Run hijackthis and click the Do system scan and save logfile button, be patient as it may take a little while to complete, but eventually a notepad file with your log will pop up. Please copy and paste the entire contents of that text file as a reply to this thread.

Do not fix anything yet as a lot of what hijackthis lists is useful and even essential to the running of your PC.
