Seems like it is nothing...But I have no idea where it came from. And I reformatted the computer at least 3 times since I have had it.

Well, if you are sure that you don't use it and have no idea how it happened to be in your computer, you can go ahead and delete it.

Using Windows Explorer (right click on Start, click on Explore), navigate to G:/turing-4.0.6. and delete it. If you have problem deleting it in Normal Mode, try Safe Mode
Empty your Recycle Bin.

Let me know how that went.

I couldn't delete it in normal mode,but I did the safe mode and it was deleted. Thanks.
